Conviction insurance

People with non-motoring criminal convictions have historically always struggled to get cover for all types of insurance. Widely unknown changes that came into force in April 2013 means that people with non-motoring convictions no longer need to disclose them if they are now considered spent under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act of 1974(ROA)

Lewis Baker of Conviction Insure commented “People really need to be made of aware of changes and educate themselves to make sure they aren’t disclosing information that they don’t need to. For those that still need to disclose their non motoring or motoring conviction we offer a panel of insurers to help offer those the most competitive quote we can”
